Rn just had some salmon and hastily made potato chips from an air fryer. The salmon was too big for the pan so it had to be cut up to cook proper and the potato chips were good but not prepped as they shouldβve been. Still good dinner tho!

@KittyhawkMontrose If you are going for having some homemade potato chips, be sure to follow some instructions before starting instead of just slicing the potato, tossing seasoning on it and straight into the airfryer. You are supposed to soak the slices in a salt brine before drying and doing anything else to them. Might've also put too much lemon pepper seasoning and it was a bit strong on some of the chips.
Ohh, good tip. Don't want the potato to be too dry going in. Mmm, lemon pepper tho~

Also, for dinner last night, I had some Chinese noodles and dumplings. I don't seem to have an Asian bone in my body (being half-Caucasian/white doesn't count), I just seemed to have developed a taste for the local Chinese food!
