To be honest, I don't care that much for all the things going on around NSFW art/communities, or much about supporter status either.
But as soon as I saw the meme, I knew EXACTLY who it was about, and it had me grinning like a mischiefus little kid.

Any kind "law Keeper" tend to stand for each other, no matter of their opinion on the subject.
It could be because :
- they don't want to "bitch" at comrade
- they expect to be a certain context so their opinion on the subject wouldn't matter without knowing it
- companionship
So because others don't reacted, doesn't mean they agree with him.
I know that because I am a "law Keeper" of some kind.
I get that when there's a mortgage or pension on the line because you really need the job and connections, but I don't think that's the case with being a Newgrounds Mod. I think it's a little less stakes than that. Trust me, I know and have known "law keepers". π
@AypS @KittyhawkMontrose That's a good point lad. A moderator generally has the responsibility to judge things based on their unbiased views, like a jury of sorts. I would hope that each moderator reads the details and context first before making their decision instead of following blindly in their colleagues footsteps, because they might be headed towards a cliff.

Joking aside, this has gotten ridiculous. This isn't how you moderate discussion in a forum. Prior comments i made elsewhere have noted Newgrounds staff set the tone of how they want their platform to be used, and this just feels like they don't want people to bother using the in-house forum. Except it's still operational? Why? If attempts of speaking to one another are just going to be wiped, why we bother giving our time here? Especially if art is going to be taken down as well? :(

For a while there after the banning, I was thinking the forums are on autopilot now, going straight into the mountain to blow up. But now with unscouting and art posts being deleted, I'm not really sure what's going on anymore. And you're right, if art can be removed just like that, with no communication whatsoever, not even a fake rule, why are we here? Is this really Everything, by Everyone, or is it Some Things, by The Scared Few?
I would like to participate, even if I don't get 1 month of support from NG, I'm out of ideas for drawings and I'm going to do this for fun!

There is no need of "need the job" or "keep connection" for that. It's generally something more like :
- seing the other side of a subject, taking into account things that are overlooked, because they ain't made to be meaningfull for the users
- knowing you are considered as the bad guy cause figure of autority. Which tend to get you a lot anger towards you. So when you don't want to add insult to injury towards those in similar case
I think it's leaning a little too far towards targeted harassment, or at least the promotion of targeted harassment.
That being said, it's about time somebody clapped back against that turkey goblin. I remember when he revoked my scouting ability, I wanted to make a vent piece for it. But as I'm not an artist, there was no way I'd make anything good enough to not get taken down without raising some eyebrows.

I mean, there's been diss tracks accusing people of being pedophiles which made it to Takeover Tuesday without being removed, so I think I'm in line. Unless mods are even more protected than other users.

I'm assuming you have, but have you tried PMing Tom about this? He's always been very cool and quick to reply to his messages in my experience!
I really do think he'd prefer to work on making the site better for everyone and this could be used as a good oppertunity to do just that, which I'm sure is what everyone would prefer. Really highlight what you feel could have been done better, because you're right things could always be better!
My point is, I think you'd get a lot further by messaging him personally (if you haven't already). If I was in his shoes, I'd much prefer to deal with this in PM's VS the forum or whatever!

Regarding the unscouting of Also, while his bando comic viewer is legitimately truly a great contribution for the site, it doesnt seem like, based on whats in his gallery at the time of this post that hes an artist? So why would he be eligible to be scouted? The art I do see there is from you, or other collaborators. The stuff that seems to be from him is basically screenshots of programming elements.
I just realised I also got unscouted. Though if im being honest, its been months since I posted anything until right now so its hard to say if this was due to something I posted a while back or because of what recently happened.
