It's the ratings system that Newgrounds uses for content, like Rated E for Everyone, T for Teen, and M for Mature. When you're submitting your post, you'll be able to figure out your rating from the radio buttons in the rating section. Sadly, we can't take Adult entries for this contest.

This contest definitely caught my attention, but I would like to know, other than the 16 pages and the tagging, are there other rules? How about the panel count per page and formatting? Does this comic need any specific characters in it, or does this comic involve a sweet sixteen party theme, or can this comic be about anything and anyone?
We're judging holistically and aesthetically, but not on a specific panel count or characters. Just follow the rules, which is basically one post, 16 pages of comics (a cover counts if you have 15 pages and doesn't if you have 16 pages), and use the sweetsixteencomic tag. That's all you need to do! Good luck!
